1. Validity of the excursion
The following terms and conditions govern package tours drawn up be and executed by the internet site www.tickets1a.de. The trips offered in our name and to our account include the visit of national or international football matches, as well as overnight and pastoral accommodation according to the standards set out in the individual descriptions of the chosen excursion. Arrival and departure are not a part of the contract and it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange this at their own costs and responsibility. You can download or print these terms and conditions. In addition, where no other conditions apple, the legal regulations apply, particularly article 651a ff. of the German federal legal code.
ii. Termination of contract, withdrawal and power of substitution
1. termination of the travel contract
We are bound by our offers and descriptions of the excursions. The excursion contract arises with your registration for your selected trip with the number of participants you enter, when you complete the registration process by clicking on the button “register’ and confirm the obligation of your registration.
In addition you will obtain directly from us confirmation of the excursion contract sent to the email address you give, in which we make the travel services, time and date and price as well as a description of our services and terms and and conditions available to you through a link.
Any changes or amendments to our described services as well as to the terms and conditions require our explicit, signed agreement.
2. withdrawal before the start of the excursion and obligation to substitute
As a participant on the trip you have the right to withdraw at any time, but are responsible for paying a withdrawal compensation/cancellation charge. The withdrawal of a trip participant can only take place from the entire package. It is not possible to withdraw from single elements of the service.
The damages due are calculated from the final trip price per registered participant. We calculate the time period from receipt of your withdrawal declaration. Subject to the concrete calculation of the withdrawal damages by us, we apply the following charges:
up to 90 days before the start of the trip: 30 %
up to 30 days before the start of the trip: 50%
up to ten days before the start of the trip: 70%
and thereafter 90%
of the price per withdrawing participant.
You reserve the right to prove a minimal or not at all arisen damages.
Rights and responsibilities can be transferred to a replacement person before the start of the trip, at your wishes. We can refuse the entrance of a replacement, if they do not meet the required demands of the trip or their participation would contravene legal or administrative regulations. On the entry of a replacement person you and they are responsible to pay any extra costs resulting from the entry to us.
3. Termination of the travel contract
Both parties can terminate the travel contract, if the trip is, through sudden and at the time of making the contract unforeseeable conditions, made greatly difficult, placed in danger or prejudiced. Any services rendered up until the time of termination are to be compensated. There are no further demands.
We can terminate the travel contract before the start of travel , if you do not fulfill your payment responsibilities punctually, fully or in part. In this case we reserve the right to demand compensation for damages incurred by us, either concretely or as a flat fee. In calculating the damage charges the conditions relating to the calculation of the cancellation fee, including a calculation of the either partly or not occurring damages to you.
4. Insurance
Insurance is not included in our prices. We advise you to take out an insurance policy when you book your trip, and one which will cover the cost of the travelling fees for returning you in the case of an accident or illness, if possible we recommend more extensive cover. At the moment we cover the outstanding insurance duties. The insurance contract is only binding between the signing parties.
III. Travel services, Prices and changes to the contract
1. Travel services
The services offered during our journeys are described in the relevant description. Hotel accommodation takes place in hotels of the category mentioned in the booking or the description.
A double room contains one double bed or two single beds. The offer of booking half a double room only applies if there is another person of the same gender also books. Should this not be the case, we will offer you a single room for the normal price. This also applies in the case of dormitories.
The email sent to you with the travel confirmation acts as the booking confirmation for your hotel. If the booking takes place on the basis of a hotel category, we will inform you of our choice of hotel ten days before the start of the trip. at any rate not before full payment. Entrance cards or privilege cards for other events, such as guided tours, are generally given to you at the destination, in order to minimise especially the risk involved in delivery. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that there is no right to refund of any event or part event that you choose not to participate in.
2. Changes to the travel services
Our trips and offers have to be planned a long time in advance. It can happen in exceptional cases that, for example the match times of a League match are changed within a weekend, or we have to change the specific hotel for another in the same category. Changes made in advance and which are comparable to the original service do not give any right to a reduction in the trip prices, nor do they allow for an extraordinary right to withdraw from the trip.
3. Journey failure, obligations and disqualification
Obligations and rights in the case of a trip not taking place.
We are constantly concerned to carry out our due services to you to your absolute satisfaction. In the exceptional case that a service is not up to standard, you are of course entitled to redress. We can only turn your demands for redress down if this would lead to a disproportionately large effort.
If we fail to carry out the due redress within a period of time determined by you, you can undertake to carry this out yourself and then demand the replacement of the necessary expenses. There does not need to be any appointment of a date, when we reject the redress or if redress comes immediately, if something acceptable to you is immediately offered. Your right to demand a reduction of the trip price for the length of the failure is foregone if you fail to notify of the failure.
If we fail to carry out the services due and thereby detract considerably from the quality of the trip, you are entitled to terminate the contract. The termination is only accepted once you have set an appropriate time period for redress and this period has passed without redress. If redress is impossible, rejected by us, or the immediate termination of the contract is justified by special considerations, this time period is not necessary.

You can also make this valid at the hotel reception. Our on-location contractual partners are however not required to recognise demands made against us.
Damage compensation and limitation of liability
Aside from a price reduction or termination of contract you can demand compensation against the travel contract for damages arising from a failure which was caused by circumstances not under the tour operator’s control.
In this case our responsibility for damages, that are not bodily damages, limited to the three-way trip price for the participant affected in so far as: a) A damage was the result of gross negligence or b) we are responsible for the damages owing to you as a result of the wrongdoings of a service provider.
3. Disqualification period - superannuation
Contractual demands caused by whole or part failure to deliver travel services are to be made, according to point i above, within a month after the end date of the trip, as projected in the contract. Once this period has passed, demands can only be made valid, if there was some obstacle to your making the demand within the period specified. The demands described above no longer apply a year after the trip was supposed to end.
IV. Other
1. Visa, passport and health advice.
In so far as it is necessary, seek advice from your consulate on passport and visa regulations as well as, where necessary, health legislation.

2. Data protection
We will save your details for as long as is necessary for the contract process and it is protected according to the German federal data protection laws against wrongful use.
3. Salvatory clause
Should some aspects of the travel contract not take effect, this does not result in the not taking effect of the whole travel contract. 4, Tour operator
